Field Service Engineer

Job Title: Service Technician – Boiler, Cooling Tower, RO & Chiller Systems

Job Summary:

The Service Technician will be responsible for carrying out regular dozing, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of boiler, cooling tower, RO plant, and chiller systems. The role involves ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and safety of utility systems supporting plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily dozing of chemicals in boilers, cooling towers, RO plants, and chillers as per defined parameters.

Monitor and record system parameters such as temperature, pressure, conductivity, pH, and TDS levels.

Conduct routine inspections.

Ensure proper chemical handling with safety and operational standards.

Assist in operational issues in water treatment and cooling systems.

Collect and test water samples to maintain required quality standards.

Maintain service and maintenance logs, dozing reports, and operational checklists.

Follow safety, health, and environmental guidelines strictly during all operations.

Report any abnormalities, leakages, or deviations immediately to the concerned supervisor.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Graduation in any field.

Experience: Chemical dosing knowledge preferred.

Compensation:

As per industry standards and experience.
