Field Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• On-Site Maintenance and Repairs:

  Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of oil and gas equipment, including fuel dispensers and related machinery at retail outstations (petrol pumps), ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.

• Troubleshooting:

  Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues using sound problem-solving skills and industry-specific knowledge to ensure continuous equipment operation.

• Installation & Commissioning:

  Assist with the installation, configuration, and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring compliance with operational guidelines and safety standards.

• Customer Support:

  Provide on-site technical assistance, guidance, and solutions to clients, addressing concerns promptly to maximize efficiency, reliability, and safety.

• Safety Compliance:

  Ensure all maintenance, installation, and repair activities comply with industry safety regulations and company standards. Identify potential hazards and take proactive measures to maintain a safe working environment.

• Documentation & Reporting:

  Maintain accurate service logs, maintenance schedules, and detailed records of repairs or modifications. Submit comprehensive reports to supervisors and management as required.

• Training & Development:

  Participate in ongoing training programs to strengthen technical expertise in equipment operations, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols. Share knowledge with team members to promote best practices.

• Field Operations Coordination:

  Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and project managers to plan and execute field operations, prioritize service tasks, and ensure timely issue resolution.

• Adherence to Policies:

  Follow all company policies related to quality, safety, and environmental standards to maintain operational excellence and uphold the organization's reputation.

Requirements:

• Diploma in

  Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechanical Engineering

  (Freshers preferred).
• B.E. graduates in the above streams may be considered for limited positions (Telangana State only).
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Email handling).
• Must own a two-wheeler for field mobility
