Field Service Engineer (Instrumentation)

As a Field Service Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and assistance in the Electronics and Telecommunication & Instrumentation field. Your role will involve conducting site visits for demonstrations, installations, and inspections, as well as offering technical support to sales teams and junior engineers. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing testing, inspection, and quality checks before dispatch, servicing and repairing instruments, and providing customer support through various channels such as phone, video, or email. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct site visits for demonstrations, installations, and inspections. - Provide technical support to sales teams and junior engineers. - Perform testing, inspection, and quality checks before dispatch. - Service and repair instruments; submit service reports. - Offer customer support via phone, video, or email. Qualifications & Requirements: - Educational Background: Diploma or bachelor's degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering. - Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Good communication skills to provide clear support to customers. - Experience: 2-5 years of experience or candidates with prior experience in service.
