The role requires strong technical knowledge, customer-handling skills, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and set up Canon printers at customer sites. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to Canon printers. Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Replace faulty parts, perform calibrations, and carry out component-level repairs. Maintain service logs, job sheets, and daily reports. Educate customers on product usage, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. Coordinate with the service team for parts availability and escalations. Ensure high-quality customer service and timely issue resolution. Required Skills & Qualifications: 12th/ITI / Diploma any can apply 0–1 years of experience in Canon printer servicing (preferred). Strong understanding of inkjet, laser, and multifunction Canon printers. Good knowledge of printer drivers, networking, and system connectivity. Ability to diagnose and repair hardware issues efficiently. Strong communication and customer-handling skills. Additional Requirements:Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred). Willingness to travel to client locations. Ability to handle field operations independently.
