Field Service Engineer - Analytical Instruments

As a Service Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for providing technical support for analytical instruments used in pharmaceutical production environments. Your role will involve calibration, installation, breakdown support, and project assistance. You will have the opportunity to travel extensively across client locations in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala. Your key responsibilities will include: - Calibration of field instruments such as NVPC, LPC, GIT, FIT, etc. - Installation and commissioning of instruments at pharma production sites - Attending breakdown calls and providing technical support onsite - Assisting senior engineers in project execution and service delivery - Preparing service and calibration reports To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Diploma or Degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or related field - 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred (Freshers with strong technical knowledge and willingness to travel may also apply) - Strong technical knowledge of analytical/field instruments - Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry guidelines and GMP regulations - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Additionally, you will be expected to: - Independently conduct NVPC and VPC calibrations within 3 months - Understand and explain working principles of all instruments within 3 months - Exhibit knowledge of pharma industry compliance and quality standards You will be working under the following conditions: - Frequent travel by bus, train, or bike (within 100 km radius) - Must carry calibration kits during site visits - Work during late evenings, weekends, or holidays when critical service is required Joining our team comes with benefits such as on-the-job training and support, an opportunity to work with reputed pharma companies, travel reimbursement, service allowance, and learning and growth in the pharma service industry.
