We're Hiring: Industry Lead - Field Sales Trainer Company Industry: IT Services & Business Looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to join our team and take charge of field/product training across the region. Youll manage training for 50+ sales teams, drive performance improvements, and help shape the sales success of our ground teams. Key Responsibilities: ~ Manage On-the-Job Training (OJT) for 50+ ground sales teams ~ Own sales performance and improve efficiency month-over-month ~ Develop and deliver impactful training content & programs ~ Provide direct sales coaching and support through end-to-end sales closures ~ Prepare and present training reports to track success Qualifications: ~ Hardcore sales training & coaching experience ~ Excellent communication & PowerPoint skills ~ Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, field-based environment ~ Experience in B2B sales training (corporate environment preferred) Locations: Gurgaon, Pune, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad
