Job Description

We are hiring a Field Sales Team Leader for Bathinda location. The role requires strong experience in sales with team-handling capability.

Position Details

Designation: Field Sales Team Leader
Location: Bathinda
CTC: ₹3.45 LPA
Experience Required: 2+ years in field sales & team management (BFSI preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve business targets.
Drive customer acquisition and business growth through field sales.
Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
Build and maintain client relationships for repeat and referral business.
Monitor sales performance and ensure timely reporting.

Candidate Profile

Graduate (mandatory).
2+ years of field sales experience with team handling exposure.
Good communication, leadership, and people management skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
