Field Sales Representative

You will be responsible for appointing distributors, managing, and supervising the distribution network through distributors. Your role will involve handling primary and secondary sales targets and achieving sales targets within the assigned area. Additionally, you will be responsible for new product launches, distribution, and visibility. It will be your responsibility to oversee sales promotion activities and worksite activities to increase visibility. Daily fieldwork and 25-30 outlet visits are compulsory as part of your routine. You will also be required to add new outlets and maintain contact with existing customers. Preparing daily and monthly reports, giving feedback on sales trends, and being ready to travel are essential aspects of this role. To be successful in this position, you must have experience in OTC- Pharma/Ayurvedic/Herbal/FMCG ONLY, along with good communication skills. Possessing a 2-wheeler with a smartphone is a must, and proficiency in Hindi, English, and the local language is required. Experience in field sales work ONLY, familiarity with nearby or local areas and locations is essential.
