Field Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team in the Jewellery or FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and promoting products across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail shops, distributors, and dealers to promote and sell products
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and build new ones
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features/benefits
• Keep records of sales, collections, and client interactions
• Provide feedback from the market to the management team
• Ensure visibility and placement of products in retail outlets (especially in FMCG)
• Work closely with the marketing and logistics team to ensure smooth delivery and branding

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of field sales experience (preferably in Jewellery or FMCG)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willing to travel locally within the city
• Knowledge of the local market in Raipur Chhattisgarh is preferred
• Own two-wheeler with valid license (preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic understanding of sales reporting and customer handling
• Self-motivated and target-driven
