Field Sales Representative – Hari Chand Anand & Co.

At Hari Chand Anand & Co., we’re passionate about building strong relationships and delivering world-class industrial solutions. We are looking for a Field Sales Representative who is energetic, persuasive, and driven to grow sales through on-ground client interaction and market development.

The ideal candidate should be under 30 years of age, enthusiastic about learning, and eager to take ownership of sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit clients, factories, and distributors to promote and sell company products.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Maintain accurate records of client visits, leads, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
• Conduct market research to monitor competitor activities and trends.
• Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or business development (industrial products preferred).
• Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Age: Below 30 years.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B or industrial equipment sales.
• Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools.
• Basic knowledge of industrial or garment manufacturing machines (added advantage).
