Job Description

Customer Acquisition & Relationship Building
Identify potential clients through market visits, referrals, and cold calls.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Sales Execution
Demonstrate and promote products/services to customers.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Market Research & Business Development
Collect feedback from customers and report market trends to management.
Identify new business opportunities in assigned territory.
Territory Management
Plan and execute daily field visits.
Maintain a record of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
Reporting & Coordination
Provide daily/weekly sales reports to the sales manager.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, accounts) for order processing and customer support.

Skills & Competencies Required:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Good knowledge of the market and competitor activities.
Basic computer and reporting skills.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business/Marketing/Commerce).
