Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients in person, promoting our products/services, and closing sales within an assigned territory. You should be confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential and existing customers in the field to present company products/services.
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and market visits.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and conduct product presentations as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.
• Collect feedback from the field and report market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, support, and operations for smooth delivery and service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Good negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and reporting formats.
• Minimum qualification: [10+2 / Graduate – depending on company standards].

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in [Insurance / Banking / Telecom / FMCG / etc.].
• Familiarity with the local market and customer behavior.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
