Field Sales Representative

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects in person. Your role will involve promoting and selling products or services to potential customers within your designated geographical area. Key Responsibilities: - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through in-person visits to potential customers - Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers - Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships - Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule - Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments - Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports - Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services - Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends - Continuously improve through feedback Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field - Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role is preferred - Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships - Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills - Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills - Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs - Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Please note: The company offers a competitive salary along with yearly bonuses and transportation allowance.
