Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Field Sales Representative to promote and sell our digital marketing services to local businesses. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, understanding their business needs, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach local businesses (retail, service, hospitality, education, etc.) for digital marketing services.
• Present and explain DigiPhlox’s service packages and offerings in a clear and convincing way.
• Generate leads through on-ground visits, referrals, and networking.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare regular performance reports.
• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for client onboarding and service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in field sales, B2B sales, or marketing (preferred in digital/IT/media field).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, Social Media, Ads, etc.) is a plus.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate (preferred).
• Must have own vehicle and smartphone.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
