Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and converting leads into long-term customers. This role involves regular client meetings, on-field visits, and achieving sales targets in line with the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, and referrals.
• Present and promote the company’s services to prospective customers.
• Convert qualified leads into clients through effective communication and negotiation.
• Maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Understand client needs and tailor service solutions accordingly.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, client feedback, and market insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in a service-based business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
