Join our dynamic team to be a part of this exciting journey. Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, converting prospects into clients, and maintaining strong relationships with property seekers and landlords. Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with potential clients through field visits, cold calling, and referrals Conduct site/property visits with clients, explain features, and build trust Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate projects and local market trends Build and maintain relationships with property owners and brokers Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals Report daily activity and updates to the Sales Manager Requirements: Proven experience in real estate or field sales (1-3 years preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Own vehicle and valid driving license Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic Basic knowledge of real estate market in Gurgaon is a plus Ability to work independently and in a team What We Offer: Attractive incentives & commission structure Flexible work environment Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company Training and support for career development Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
