Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Officer (Field Work) with 2 years of proven experience in the FMCG sector. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing distributor/channel partner relationships, and increasing product visibility across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territory.
• Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors regularly to generate and manage sales.
• Identify and onboard new retailers and distributors.
• Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
• Execute and monitor trade marketing activities/promotions at the ground level.
• Collect market intelligence and competitor activity reports.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain for timely replenishment.
• Maintain good relationships with trade partners and resolve customer complaints.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and share insights with the team lead/manager.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and pricing guidelines.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of FMCG distribution models and sales processes.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge in using basic digital tools.
• Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory)

Preferred Qualities:

• Result-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with local market geography and retail dynamics
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
