Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Field Sales Officer. The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing business relationships, and promoting company products to prospective and existing customers. Daily tasks include interacting with clients, providing excellent customer service, and executing sales strategies to achieve targets.

Qualifications

Client Relations, Business Relationship Management, and Sales skills
Customer Service and Communication skills
Excellent persuasive and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Experience in the paint or coatings industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
