About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Field Sales Officer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a fresher with an MBA in Sales and Marketing to gain hands-on experience in direct sales, customer interaction, and market development. You will be responsible for driving sales in the assigned territory, building relationships, and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to meet potential and existing customers.
• Promote and sell company products/services to meet given sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Collect customer feedback and report market trends.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of sales deals.
• Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the manager.
• Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and campaigns when required.
• Maintain knowledge of the company’s products/services, competitor offerings, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• MBA in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (2024/2025 pass-out preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good negotiation and convincing skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to handle field challenges.
