JOB TITLE: FIELD SALES MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation:
Drive revenue by selling EdTech products (e.g., online courses, subscriptions, software) to students, parents, schools, or colleges.
Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Conduct product demos and counselling sessions.
Team Leadership & Management:
Lead, recruit, and train a team of Field Sales Executives or Business Development Associates.
Assign sales targets and monitor performance.
Motivate and coach the team for better field productivity.
Market Penetration & Expansion:
Identify key schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other educational institutions for potential partnerships or sales opportunities.
Expand geographical coverage across districts in West Bengal.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build long-term relationships with educators, principals, and academic decision-makers.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle post-sales support/escalations.
Participate in planning marketing campaigns and promotional activities locally.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
1+ years of Field sales experience
Prior EdTech or education-sector experience is a plus
Excellent communication in English, Bengali
Strong leadership and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel extensively within West Bengal

Sales revenue achieved
Conversion rate from leads to sales
