Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining Kraftwork Solar as a Sales Manager, where your primary responsibility will be driving sales growth for the EPC services of solar photovoltaic (PV) power plants. Your role will involve generating leads, conducting site visits, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client relationships. This position offers you the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the growth of the company's solar solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and qualify leads for solar EPC projects, focusing on Residential, MSME, and Apartment clients. - Conduct site visits to evaluate project feasibility, understand client requirements, and propose suitable solar PV solutions. - Create and deliver technical and commercial proposals detailing project scope, timelines, costs, and financing options. - Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable sales agreements. - Ensure that proposed solutions align with technical requirements and budgetary constraints. - Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients to establish long-term partnerships. Qualifications: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (renewable energy). - Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling solar EPC services. - Demonstrated track record of surpassing sales targets. - Profound knowledge of solar PV technology, EPC project lifecycles, and the competitive landscape. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. - Proficiency in sales tools and software such as CRM. Location: Multiple openings across Kerala Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with solar project financing options. - Understanding of relevant permitting processes for solar installations. Please note that you will also be considered for this position if you have experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Manager, or Field Sales Manager.
