Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India for a Field Sales Manager. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, establishing relations with clients, and achieving sales targets. The role involves frequent client visits, negotiations, market research, and coordinating with the internal team to ensure client requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Sales and Client Relationship Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Negotiation and Market Research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the interior design or construction industry is a plus
