Role Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating sales through direct customer interactions. The role involves regular customer visits, understanding requirements, taking site measurements, presenting catalogues/products, negotiating commercial terms, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to prospective and existing customers as per assigned territory.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/solution recommendations.
• Take accurate on-site measurements and coordinate with internal teams where required.
• Present and explain product catalogues, designs, and pricing to customers.
• Prepare quotations based on measurements and customer requirements.
• Negotiate prices, timelines, and terms with customers to close deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with design, operations, and installation teams for smooth execution post- sale.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong field sales and negotiation skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic understanding of measurements and site assessment.
• Ability to explain catalogues, designs, and products clearly.
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on closing deals.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Experience & Qualification:

• 1-5 years of experience in field sales (interiors, real estate, construction, or related industry preferred).
• Graduate / Diploma in any discipline/ Plus 2

Other Requirements:

• Two-wheeler/vehicle with valid driving license.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools is an added advantage.
