Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dehradun for a Field Sales Manager. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Field Sales Manager will also be responsible for conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role entails preparing sales reports, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring all sales activities are aligned with the company’s objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales Skills, Relationship Building, and Customer Service
• Experience in developing and implementing Sales Strategies and conducting Market Research
• Proficiency in preparing Sales Reports and analyzing sales data
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and work under pressure
