🔸 Only candidates who have worked in the home décor, interior products, furnishings, or related industries will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct B2B field sales for home décor products
• Acquire and manage key accounts: architects, interior designers, builders, and retail partners
• Drive lead generation, client onboarding, and business development
• Deliver product presentations and close deals
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Handle CRM entries, sales reports, and coordinate with internal teams
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings
• Monitor market trends and competitors

Candidate Profile:

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in home décor/furnishing/interior sectors
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented
