Field Sales - Lighting

Job Description: As a Field Sales Executive in the LD Team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth through direct interactions with clients. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, maintaining strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your goal will be to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services to meet their requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and visit potential clients to generate new business opportunities. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services. - Present, promote, and sell products/services to clients using solid sales techniques. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully. - Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order fulfilment. - Provide market insights and customer feedback to improve sales strategies. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. - Prepare and submit sales reports, visit logs, and forecasts. Qualification Required: - Experience: 2-3 years in field sales, business development, or a similar role. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. - Skills: - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Strong relationship management and customer service skills. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. - Preferred: Experience in the electronics/components/ LED distribution industry is a plus.,
