Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our Bangalore team. The role involves on-ground sales of luxury jewelry packaging products, meeting potential clients, and expanding our B2B customer base across the region. Responsibilities: Identify and visit jewelry stores, showrooms, and gifting firms across Bangalore Demonstrate and pitch luxury paper bags, boxes, and custom packaging Follow up on leads, submit quotations, and close sales Deliver exceptional client service and maintain long-term relationships Coordinate with the internal team for sample delivery, order updates, and client support Report daily activities and feedback to the sales head Requirements: Experience in the field/B2B sales Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in English and Kannada,Hindi Self-motivated and target-driven with a presentable appearance Ability to travel locally within the city Salary & Benefits: Basic starting salary: ₹20,000/month Travel allowance + performance-based incentives Opportunity for career growth in an international company Job Type: Full-time Experience: 0–2 years Education: Graduates preferred Languages: English, Kannada (Required) Join ZD Damaso and be part of a global luxury packaging leader!
