Sales Assistant- FEMALE

ZD Damaso is a premium luxury packaging brand specializing in high-end jewelry paper bags, boxes, displays, and corporate gifts. Headquartered in Dubai, we operate globally with branches in the UAE, USA, China, Hong Kong, and India.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and confident female Sales Representative to join our Mullassery office. The role involves handling client interactions, generating new leads, and supporting the sales process for our luxury packaging products.

• Engage with potential and existing B2B clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
• Present and explain our luxury packaging solutions to customers
• Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, samples, and order updates
• Maintain records of client interactions and sales progress
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus)
• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Business)
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred (Freshers can apply)
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
