Field Sales Executive

As a Property Sales Advisor at Yes Property, you will be responsible for advising and assisting property buyers in understanding their needs and preferences. You will recommend suitable properties and provide all necessary information to facilitate informed decision-making. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is crucial to ensure repeat business and referrals. Your negotiation skills will be put to the test as you effectively close deals to the satisfaction of all parties involved. Staying updated on real estate market trends and the competitive landscape will be essential in this role. Additionally, you must be adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. To excel in this position, you should have proven experience in real estate sales with a strong understanding of the market. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a customer-centric approach, are key requirements. Your strong negotiation skills will enable you to close deals efficiently, while your ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure will set you up for success.
