Job Description

 Key Performance Area: ·        Retail stores (25-30 stores)– Indirect sales activities to increase sale of existing & new retails stores. ·        Corporate tie up – Making tie ups with Corporate, cafeteria’s, canteens etc.   Daily Activities:   1.      Shop Visit – Manages indirect sales activities for 25-30 retails stores. Visiting minimum 5-6 stores daily basis. ·        Products display ·        Hygiene of stores – cleaning, pest control ·        Unauthorised products   ·        Statutory – FSSAI / Pest control / Shop Act License ·        Products awareness    ·        Training to counter sales staff ·        Sales techniques – Cross selling, product pitching, customer interaction, approach & sales conducts. ·        Infra checking – Cold storages temperature, Air conditioner, pest control etc. 2.      Products Promotions – Promotional activities within stores / outside stores for new products/ Seasonal products/ gift hampers etc.  promotion. Creating awareness about product within stores.     3.     New Retail Stores Opening Activities- ·        Software Training – provide them training to place daily orders. ·        Product information – Providing them product information like categories, storage conditions, shelf life etc. ·        Sales conducts with customer – Pitching products, behaviour with customer, convincing customers etc. ·        Internal system -  Co-ordination with factory team like logistics, OTD, other Mgnt. ·        Material receipt & complaint – Way to receive material or way to return material in case of damage / complaint etc. 4.     Manage customer complaints - Manage various customer complaints raised at retail stores. 5.     Seasonal activates – Placing Advance orders of stores for forecasting.  6.     Monthly Retails stores review – Monthly review of stores with respect to sale, product wise sale, customer complaints, GVN, infra & statutory etc. 7.     New products promotions – Promoting new products within stores & market. 8.     Corporate sales – Visit various corporates & introduce our products to them. Co-ordinating with them for their orders, delivery, payment & feedback. 9.     Market survey – Market survey for new product, market trades, offers & competitor activates.
