Position: Premium Home Loan Sales – Prime Segment Location: Delhi NCR Department: Home Loans Role & Responsibilities: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Home Loan Sales Professional to manage and grow our Prime Segment business, focusing on high-value home loan clients. • Drive sales of premium home loans (average ticket size 50 lakhs and above) ₹ • Engage with HNI clients and provide customized loan solutions • Identify, develop, and manage a network of high-potential connectors and referral agents • Maintain monthly log-ins of ₹1.5 Cr and above • Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings in the prime home loan space Preferred Candidate Profile: • Proven experience in open market home loan sales, preferably in the prime segment • Strong networking skills and existing relationships with HNI clients and real estate connectors • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills Perks & Benefits: • Salary as per market standards • Attractive incentive and bonus structure • Travel allowance provided as per company policy • Competitive payouts for connector network • Opportunity to work with one of India’s leading financial marketplaces
