Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will be responsible for on-field sales, generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Visit potential customers in assigned territory to promote and sell products/services. Identify sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits. Meet or exceed sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Maintain strong client relationships and follow up regularly. Submit daily/weekly reports on visits and sales performance. Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer needs. Gather market feedback and report competitor activities. Requirements: Proven field sales experience (preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic knowledge of MS Office. Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (if field mobility is required). Education: Minimum 12th pass or any graduate.
