Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at ShineEdtech Projects Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹34000 and prospects of growth. Job Description: We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join ShinePoints team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our ShinePoints - Reward Points Software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. The job involves meeting retail store owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the benefits (Free for 1st Month and Rs.999/- Per annum after Free offer ends) Key Responsibilities: ✅ Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (any area) ✅ Achieve the revenue target of twice your monthly Salary. Over achieve for higher incentives. ✅ Build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships. ✅ Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager. ✅ Work independently in the field while being in touch with the manager remotely. Job Requirements: The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
