The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting potential clients, showcasing property sites, and closing real estate sales deals across Rohini, Gurugram, Kharkhoda, and other parts of Delhi NCR. Key Responsibilities:Conduct field visits to generate and follow up on leads. Engage with potential buyers and provide complete information about available residential/commercial plots and projects. Schedule and conduct site visits for interested clients. Maintain strong follow-ups to convert inquiries into sales. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events. Coordinate with the in-house sales and CRM teams for smooth handovers and documentation. Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the management. Required Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good negotiation and convincing ability. Target-driven and self-motivated. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of real estate sales process. Own two-wheeler and smartphone preferred. Qualifications:Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred. 0–3 years of experience in real estate or direct field sales (Freshers welcome).
