Salary - 15k to 20k Depend on interview + Incentive – 5k + Bonus

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to expand our market presence and strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an understanding of industrial products, and the ability to generate new business opportunities while maintaining existing client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, visit, and develop new customers in industrial areas.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products from Sai Industries’ portfolio.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Negotiate terms of sales, pricing, and credit with clients in alignment with company policies.
• Coordinate with the internal team (purchase, dispatch, accounts) for smooth order processing.
• Provide market feedback on competitors, pricing, and customer demand.
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports and maintain proper client records.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, or client meetings as required.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream (preferably Marketing / Business / Commerce).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales (industrial products experience preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Good knowledge of MS Office & digital communication tools.
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.
