Field Sales Executive

Rahavaas Dekho is a fast-growing startup revolutionizing student and professional housing in Jaipur. We provide a one-stop solution for PGs, hostels, and rental accommodations — completely brokerage-free. We're on a mission to simplify the house-hunting process and empower property owners by boosting their visibility. We’re looking for enthusiastic and street-smart Field Executives who will help onboard PG Owners, Building Owners, and Service Providers (like tiffin centers, libraries, and coaching institutes) onto our platform. You will be the face of Rahavaas Dekho on the ground — building relationships, educating partners, and ensuring smooth listings. Key Responsibilities: Visit PGs, hostels, flats, and building owners across Jaipur. Explain the benefits of listing properties on Rahavaas Dekho. Collect property details, photos, and verify documents (e.g., Aadhar, ownership proof). Onboard service providers like tiffin centers, RO suppliers, and laundry providers. Follow-up with interested leads and resolve objections. Maintain daily reporting and share data with the internal team. Help ensure smooth and verified listing uploads on the platform. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred. Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred). Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented. Basic understanding of mobile apps, Google Maps, and WhatsApp. Experience in field sales, real estate, or customer service is a plus. What You Get: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives.
