We’re looking for enthusiastic and street-smart Field Executives who will help onboard PG Owners, Building Owners, and Service Providers (like tiffin centers, libraries, and coaching institutes) onto our platform. You will be the face of Rahavaas Dekho on the ground — building relationships, educating partners, and ensuring smooth listings. Key Responsibilities: Visit PGs, hostels, flats, and building owners across Jaipur. Explain the benefits of listing properties on Rahavaas Dekho. Collect property details, photos, and verify documents (e.g., Aadhar, ownership proof). Onboard service providers like tiffin centers, RO suppliers, and laundry providers. Follow-up with interested leads and resolve objections. Maintain daily reporting and share data with the internal team. Help ensure smooth and verified listing uploads on the platform. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred. Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred). Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented. Job Summary We are looking for a result-oriented Field Executive with at least 2+ years of experience in field sales, business development, or real estate. You will be responsible for driving new property listings, onboarding service partners, managing relationships with PG owners, and building Rahavaas Dekho’s market presence in Jaipur. This is a key on-ground role that requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 🔰 Key Responsibilities Visit PGs, hostels, and building owners daily to explain Rahavaas Dekho’s model. Identify potential partners (PGs, tiffin services, laundry, etc.) and onboard them to the platform. Achieve monthly listing and lead generation targets. Build long-term relationships with property owners and service providers. Handle owner queries, collect documentation, and ensure verification compliance. Execute field marketing campaigns and community outreach activities. Report daily visits, performance data, and challenges to the BDM / Manager. Assist in building brand visibility and market trust for Rahavaas Dekho. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales / Real Estate / Business Development / Channel Sales/ BTL/ Delevery/ Loan/ Insurance. Strong communication and convincing ability. Confidence in meeting new people and handling objections. Proficiency in smartphone tools (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, etc.). Good area knowledge of Jaipur and nearby localities. Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented. Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).
