Urgent Requirement for Banking Sales Agricultural Loan Division.
The concept of agricultural loan in the bank as part of (Formars loan)the role of FOS identifying potential borrowers (farmers, artisans) in rural and semi-urban areas, marketing the bank's financial products and schemes, verifying loan applications and their purpose, and monitoring loan performance efforts. The job requires strong communication skills to build relationships with customers and local authorities, as well as a good understanding of agricultural practices, market conditions, and bank policies to promote the growth of the agricultural portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Marketing:
Promote and sell agricultural loan products and specialized financial schemes to farmers and artisans.
Customer Relations:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and local authorities (such as panchayats) to facilitate business.
Loan Processing:
Conduct field visits, gather information on crops, land holdings, and infrastructure, and verify loan applications according to bank policies.
