Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement. Sales and Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients through lead-based strategies. Conduct on-ground surveys to generate additional leads and expand market reach. Collaborate with the Sales Manager/Partner to refine acquisition strategies and grow the client base. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed the defined sales targets as assigned. Maintain a strong presence in the field to ensure pipeline growth and revenue generation. Training and Education: Educate clients on the apps functionalities, benefits, and offerings to maximize usage. Conduct regular in-person visits to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Performance: Report daily and weekly progress on sales activities and client engagement. Skills and Competencies Required Core Skills: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi/English (additional regional languages are a plus). Ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients. Persuasive negotiation and client handling skills. Technical Proficiency: Basic proficiency in using mobile applications and computers (training will be provided on app usage). Additional Attributes: Energetic and self-motivated. Willingness to travel extensively for on-field activities. Logistics: Candidate must own a smartphone. Laptop provided on a rental basis if required. Other Expectations: Flexibility for extensive travel. Open to engaging with diverse client profiles.
