As a Field Sales Executive at our leading pest control solutions company, your role will involve identifying and generating new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking. You will be responsible for promoting and selling pest control services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Conducting site visits to assess customer needs, preparing sales proposals, and presenting quotations will also be part of your key responsibilities. Negotiating and closing sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets, building strong client relationships, and coordinating with the service and operations team for smooth service delivery are essential aspects of your role. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM tools, and staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments are crucial for success in this position. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1-3 years of field sales experience (pest control, facility management, or service industry preferred). - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Basic knowledge of pest control services is a plus (training will be provided). - Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license. - Familiarity with the Lucknow market is preferred.
