The role demands strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage field staff (technicians, sales executives) across locations. 📌 Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding: Source and recruit technicians, sales executives, and support staff. Conduct interviews and coordinate onboarding formalities. Maintain updated employee files and ID card issuance. Payroll & Attendance: Track daily attendance and leaves for all departments. Coordinate with accounts for monthly salary processing. Handle ESI, PF, and statutory compliance documentation. Employee Engagement & Retention: Maintain healthy workplace culture. Address employee queries and grievances. Plan periodic training or skill development activities. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain employee registers, contracts, and HR compliance documents. Prepare appointment letters, warning letters, and relieving documents. Coordinate with field supervisors for performance reports and technician ratings. HR Reporting & Coordination: Share HR reports weekly with management. Assist with audits or government inspections as needed. ✅ Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field. 1–2 years of experience in HR operations preferred (freshers with good communication also considered). Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR software tools. Strong communication and coordination skills.
Role & responsibilities Sales & Lead Management Handle leads generated through Google Ads, social media, referrals, and walk-ins Contact customers, understand their requirements, and pitch appropriate services Convert leads into confirmed bookings and AMC contracts Prepare quotations and follow up until closure Site Visits & Inspections Conduct customer site visits for inspection and service assessment Explain treatment process, chemicals used, warranty, and safety measures Identify pest issues (termite, rodent, cockroach, etc.) and recommend solutions
