Job Description: QR Code and Soundbox Sales Executive Position: Sales Executive (QR Code & Soundbox Onboarding) Salary: Earn up to ₹35,000 per month (performance-based incentives) Location: Field Work – Visit New Shops and Stalls Daily Industry: Fintech / Digital Payments Employment Type: Full-time / Field Sales Job Role and Responsibilities: Visit new shops, stalls, and businesses every day. Generate leads and onboard merchants for QR Code and Sound Speaker (Soundbox) installation. Promote Paytm's digital payment solutions by distributing and activating QR codes and sound speakers. Achieve daily onboarding targets: 4 QR Codes and/or Sound Speakers per day. Educate merchants about the benefits and usage of QR codes and soundboxes. Ensure proper documentation and activation of each onboarding. Incentive Structure:₹100 incentive per QR Code successfully onboarded. ₹200 incentive per Sound Speaker successfully onboarded. Potential daily earning: If 4 onboardings (QR + Sound Speaker) are completed, you can earn approximately ₹600 per day. Monthly earning potential: Up to ₹35000 or more based on performance. Candidate Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or higher. Good communication and convincing skills. Willingness to travel locally and visit new shops/stalls daily. Prior experience in field sales, merchant onboarding, or fintech sales is an advantage (but not mandatory). Smartphone mandatory for lead generation and reporting.
