Position Overview

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to promote our products, identify business opportunities, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate must have field sales experience, strong communication skills, and an understanding of the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify new business opportunities
• Meet potential clients to understand their requirements
• Prepare sales reports and maintain client data
• Pitch products and share company USPs
• Send proposals and follow up consistently
• Handle revenue management
• Stay updated with market trends and competitors

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience (field sales preferred)
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to create and deliver presentations
• Quick learner, adaptable, and competitive

Salary Package

• ₹2–6 LPA (Based on experience, city & company standards)
• Travel Allowance: ₹5000/month (with valid bills)
• Hotel stay & DA as per designation
