What will you drive?

Senior Coordinator

• Daily Operations:

  Coordinate vehicle pickup, transportation, and delivery in assigned zones.

• Vendor Management:

  Liaise with transport vendors to ensure on-time performance and cost efficiency.

• Tracking & Reporting:

  Monitor vehicle movement via internal systems, address delays, and share timely updates.

• Logistics Planning:

  Allocate vehicles based on route optimization and load capacity.

• Customer Coordination:

  Ensure smooth communication for vehicle pickup/drop and resolve any logistical concerns.

• Compliance:

  Ensure adherence to internal processes and statutory documentation requirements.

Who are we looking for?

• Experience:

  24 years of experience in logistics coordination, fleet management, or transport operations (automobile or e-commerce domain preferred).

• Education:

  Graduate in any discipline; Logistics/Operations Management diploma/degree preferred.

• Skills:

• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of logistics software/ERP tools.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

• Tools:

  MS Excel, Google Sheets, logistics tracking tools.
