Sales Administration/ MIS Officers - Pharmaceutical Industry

We are looking for motivated Sales Administration Officers to join our marketing and sales team. In this role, they will support the sales processes by monitoring the work and call efficiency of the sales team vs the sales output, and share the insights with the sales managers and the various stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in administrative functions related to the teams field working efficiency, including preparing and analyzing sales reports and ROI
• Communicate effectively with the Sales managers on the gaps and opportunities in the working of the Medical Sales representatives and ensure efficient and productive working
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions regarding the outcome of the sales strategies and target achievement.
• Assist in tracking sales performance metrics and preparing reports for management

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proven track record of success in sales and/or administrative management
