1. Responsible for planning & scheduling market visits for lead generation
2. Meeting sales targets of multiple payments solutions such as QR code, Sound Box, EDC/card swipemachine, point of sales software, insurance and other financial products.
3. Deployment of products and articulation of benefits & best practices at client locations Ensuring customer satisfaction leading to higher sales conversions and retention
4. Gathering consistent feedback from market for existing offerings and insights on competitor
5. Moves as feedback for product enhancements
6. Enable digital payments at unorganised retailers by on-boarding new retailers & make them understand the complete payments acceptance process and its benefits
7. Visit existing merchant and resolve if merchant having any issue
8. 1-3 Years of relevant experience from Telecom, banking, Retail, Wallet , E commerce
9. Fresher candidates with good sales acumen are welcome for the profile
10. Need to Sell Sound box devices as well.
11. Self-starters, who can take ownership without hand-holding and are comfortable navigating ambiguity, will be an ideal fit
12. Passionate about working in a fast growing firm and ready to get their hands dirty
13. Articulate complex solutions to novice customers
14. Honesty and trustworthy are most important virtues
15. Good sales and negotiation skills
16. Interest in financial products and markets
17. Understanding of Local geography
18. Smart phone (Android) with understanding of operating system and applications is must
19. Age limit from 18- 35 years (Male Candidate only).
20. Vehicle (Two-Wheeler) along with Driving Licence
