Job description Key Responsibilities: Visit prospective customers in assigned territory to promote and sell products/services. Generate new leads and follow up on existing leads. Explain product features and benefits, and answer customer questions. Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business. Provide feedback from customers to internal teams for product/service improvement. Ensure timely reporting and updates to the sales manager. Requirements: Proven experience in field sales or a similar role (preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area. Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools is an advantage. A two-wheeler and a valid driving license (if applicable). Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
