Requirements: - Experience: 0-3 years of experience in sales and sales management roles. Prior experience in education, learning/Edtech industry will be advantageous. - Education: Bachelors degree is essential. Additional qualification in management will be an added advantage. - Skills: (i) Performance driven and target oriented with an analytical mind (ii) Strong selling skills with hands-on approach (iii) Good communication skills (iv) Effective Relationship management skills - Flexibility: Candidate should be wiling to travel to other cities in their region, as required. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives. Manage channel partners to ensure that sales targets are met. Visit universities, colleges, and other educational & professional institutions for demand generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive trends. Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
