Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-ground visits to prospective customers as assigned in your territory.
Engage potential customers/sellers via phone, virtual meetings, and on-site visits to explain available properties and convert them.
Attend qualified leads through virtual or in-person meetings, present tailored property options, and encourage on-site visits.
Pitch NoBrokers products and services to homeowners, landlords, and small property partners.
Negotiate deals between clients & buyers, ensuring a win-win agreement.
Achieve monthly targets for monetization, service activations, and closures.
Educate clients about product offerings, USPs, and benefits.
Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
Cross-sell additional NoBroker services to provide a complete home-buying experience.
Nurture leads to build a strong sales pipeline and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Stay updated on market trends, property prices, inventory, and buyer demand.
Provide regular market feedback and insights to improve offerings.
