Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through face-to-face interactions. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the sales process. Key Responsibilities: * Sales & Business Development: * Identify and generate new sales leads through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and market research within the assigned territory. * Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. * Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs and pain points of prospective clients. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels (e.g., industry events, trade shows, referrals).
